Project Scope
  • Implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules to streamline HR processes across the organization.

  • Implement key modules including:

    • Recruiting and Onboarding – to attract top talent, simplify the hiring process, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.

    • Succession Planning – to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees, ensuring leadership continuity.

    • Performance Management & Goal Management (PMGM) – to align individual objectives with organizational goals, enhance accountability, and drive a performance-driven culture.

  • Implementation of the Learning Management System (LMS) within SAP SuccessFactors to enhance workforce training, improve compliance management, and streamline learning delivery across all departments.
  • Configured and customized the SAP SuccessFactors platform to match the Public Sector’s HR policies, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements.
